＜サブスク管理 / Subscription management＞
サブスクリプションの更新/解約、支払方法の変更、請求履歴確認は、サイト内の「Manage Billing」等からStripeの請求ポータルで行えます（実装している場合）。
Subscription changes (cancel/renew), payment method updates, and billing history can be managed via the Stripe-hosted
customer portal from “Manage Billing” (if enabled).

【物販】決済確認後、通常3〜5営業日以内に発送。発送後、通常14日以内にお届け（配送事情により前後する場合があります）。
Physical products: typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation; typically delivered within 14 days after shipping (may vary).

【物販】発送前：可能な範囲でキャンセルに対応します（メールでご連絡ください）。
発送後：未開封かつ商品到着後10日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、返品/交換を検討します（返送送料はお客様負担）。開封後の返品・交換はお受けできません。
Physical products: before shipping, cancellations may be accepted when possible (contact us by email). After shipping, unopened items may be eligible within 10 days of delivery (return shipping at customer’s expense); opened items are not eligible.

＜不良・欠陥がある場合 / Defective / service failure＞
【デジタルサービス】当社起因でアクセス不可、重大な機能不具合等が確認できる場合、状況に応じて再提供・利用期間の延長・返金等で対応します（メールでご連絡ください）。
Digital services: if access fails or a major service issue is attributable to us, we will provide re-access, an extension, or a refund as appropriate.

【物販】初期不良・誤配送・破損等がある場合、商品到着後7日以内にメールでご連絡ください。交換または返金にて対応します。返送送料は当社負担（当社指定方法）とします。
Physical products: if defective/incorrect/damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund. Return shipping is covered by us using our instructed method.
